Scrapping Clearing

I recently was introduced to Scrapping Clearly and I couldn't wait to give the challenge a go.   Here is the great sketch.


I knew exactly the paper I wanted to use to go with this sketch, I don't normally start of that way lol.  I also have a funny story about the paper.  My husband walked in to have a look at what I was creating and said "I love what you did with the background"  Confused I said "the splatters?" and he said "no I love how you made it like wood grain"  I am still laughing at him!  But I think it is also a sign I need some more great papers.
